What cookies are and what they are used for

Modalities for expressing consent to profiling cookies

Technical cookies that do not require the User's prior consent

I cookies technical data are used to allow the site to function and/or to provide the user with a service or function that the user has expressly requested. They therefore guarantee the normal navigation and use of the site, also allowing the preferences expressed by the user to be saved and thus optimise navigation. The site uses cookies both first- and third-party technicians. I cookies techniques used by the site can be divided into the following subcategories:

- user input' cookie: cookies session data used to keep track of the data provided by the user by filling in the appropriate forms online (e.g. forms during the purchasing process for entering the shipping or billing address) or, as in the case of the shopping cart, to remember the items that the user has selected and placed in the cart by clicking on the appropriate button;

Third-party cookies

This site also acts as an intermediary for cookies third parties (such as buttons for the social media), used to provide additional services and functionalities to visitors and to simplify the use of the site itself, or to provide personalised advertising. This site has no control over their cookie, as it is entirely managed by the third party and has no access to the information collected through these cookies. It should be noted that user tracking generally does not entail user identification, unless the user has already subscribed to the service and is also already 'logged in', in which case it is understood that the user has already given consent directly to the third party when subscribing to the relevant service (e.g. Facebook).

Used to analyse the use of the site by users, compile report on site activity and user behaviour, how often users visit the site, how the site is tracked and which pages are visited most frequently. The information is combined with information collected from other sites in order to create a comparative picture of the use of the site in relation to other sites in the same category.

Collected data: identification of the browserdate and time of interaction with the site, page of origin, IP address.

Place of data processing: European Union - anonymisation of the service being active.

The data collected do not allow personal identification of users, and are not cross-referenced with other information relating to the same person. They are processed in aggregate form and anonymised (truncated to the last octet). On the basis of a special agreement (DPA), Google Inc. (the data controller) is prohibited from cross-referencing this data with data from other services.

The user can disable (opt-out) selectively the collection of data by Google Analytics by installing on your browser l'special component provided by Google (opt out).

Social Network Plugins

This site also incorporates plugin and/or buttons in order to enable easy sharing of content on your social media favourites. When the user visits a page on our site web which contains a pluginhis browser connects directly to the server of social media from where the pluginwhich server can track your visit to the site and, if appropriate, associate it with your account of social network, in particular, whether the user is logged in at the time of the visit or has recently surfed one of the sites web containing social plugins.

If you do not want the social media record data relating to the visit to this site webyou need to get out of your account of social and possibly eliminate the cookies that the social media installed in the browser used.

The following are installed on this site plugin with advanced protection functions of the privacy of users, who do not send cookies or access the cookies present on the browser of the user when opening the page but only after the click on plugin.
